I've also finished my Lazy Leaves socks and i love them, they are made with the yarn from the kit and it is so soft.

midsummers eve springtime sock

mijn sokken gebreid van de blank zijn klaar, ik vond het een heel leuk patroon en ook de verf techniek, deze ga ik zeker vaker doen.

My socks knitted from a blank are ready, it was a nice pattern to knit and also the dye technic was new for me and i will definitly make more of these.

Entrelac sokken

Eindelijk zijn ze klaar de 2de opdracht van SKP international, ik had het patroon al eerder gezien in het boek Sock, socks, socks en ik vond het wel een uitdaging, maar ik brei ze nooit meer

Iedere keer om de 5 steken weer omdraaien van je werk.

Finally they're finished, the 2th sock of the SKP International, i had seen the pattern before in the book Socks Socks Socks and i thought it would be a challenge to make them.

But i never going to make them again, every 5 stitches you've to turn your work

sock blank midsummer magic club

sinds kort ben ik lid van midsummer magic club,
je ontvangt ieder kwartaal een pakketje met wol en verf en natuurlijk een bij behorende patroon.
dit is mijn eerste en deze keer was het een sock blank, een gebreid stuk wat je dan verft, uithaalt en op nieuw breien, Dit worden lente sokken, ben heel benieuwd naar het gebreide resultaat
Met verf resultaat ben ik in ieder geval al erg blij

since a couple weeks i've become a member of midsummer magic club.
you will receive every quarter of the year a packet with yarn and dye and ofcourse a pattern
this is my first time and it was a sock blank, a piece already knitted, you've today, onwind it and start knitting again.
this will be spring socks, i'm very curious about the result but already satisfat with this result

Flying carpet socks

Eindelijk zijn ze klaar mijn flying carpet socks, niet dat het zo'n moeilijk patroon was maar omdat ik teveel op de naalden had staan.

Het is een ontwerp van Cat bordhi, in samenwerking met Lorna lace en mountain colorsover de voet loopt een patroon in ajour wat ook aan de zijkant wordt herhaalt.

en zeker het breien van deze hiel was voor mij nieuw en heel apart,

finally they're finished my flying carpet socks, not because it was a difficult pattern but i was working on too many things at once.

It is a design from Cat Bordhi, in corpation with Lorna lace and mountain colors

Over de feet is a pattern in Ajour and also on the side feet.

the heel was a new one for my and quite different then i was used to

Ook ik doe mee met de SKP international groep, iedere 2 maanden een andere sok breien en dit keer is het de Entrelac sok, Nu stond deze al op mijn to-do-list maar dan wel zoals in het boek socks-socks-socks.

Kortom iets meer werk, gedeelte van de voet en het hele been in dit patroon en iedere keer weer omdraaien om ver te breien. Maar het wordt wel leuk

I'm also attending the SKP international group, every 2 months an other sock knitting and this time is it Entrelac, This is one of the socks at my to-do-list but from the book socks-socks-socks

I little bit more work, part of the foot and the whole leg in this pattern and every time turning your work. But the resultat is very nice

Kniekousen klaar, Knee high finished

eindelijk zijn mijn kniekousen klaar en ik heb niet van die lange benen maar ik vond het een hele klus.

Ik heb ze gebreid volgens de beschrijving van David's toe up sock cookbook, je berekent hierbij de hoeveelheid steken en toeren.

ze zijn gebreid met een zelfstrepend garen van Opal

Finally my knee high are finished and my legs are not so long but it was a lot of work.

I've knit them from david's toe up sock cookbook, he tells you how much stitches and rows you have to do compare to your measument and yarn.

I've knit them in a selfstriping yarn from Opal
